Q: Do you offer a trial?

A: We offer a 14-day, fully functional trial where you can sync up to 500 orders. No credit card or purchase is required. For more info on starting a trial, read our getting started guide.

Q: Where to I subscribe?

A: Visit our online store and choose one of our plans. We have plans for 6,000 orders up to an unlimited plan.

Q: How often am I billed?

A: You are billed monthly, twenty-four hours after your purchase. If you need billing to start at another time, please open a support ticket.

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: If you cancel your account you will not be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds will not be issued and we don't prorate for partial months.

Q: Can I see a demo of your software?

A: We have integration specific integration videos at our corporate site under platforms. If you need a live demo, please contact us directly using info AT jmawebtechnologies.com.

Q: Do you import PayPal or other merchant account fees?

We recommend importing PayPal fees in bulk when you reconcile. Our tool can add fees to each order, but the fees are subtracted from gross sales tax payable.

Q: Do you have a demo QuickBooks account we can use?

A: We recommend signing up for a 30-day trial of QuickBooks Online, then reading our QBO instructions. Several of our compatible solutions are hosted or you can download trials. To set up a solution, read our solution guide.
